Lies Spam und lerne
Spam landet zu hauf (Zuhauf? zuhauf?) in meiner Mailbox. Schon immer.
Neu ist aber: Spam mit klugen Sprüchen!
In einer (!) Spam-Mail lernte ich heute die Lebensweisheiten:
Insanity -- a perfectly rational adjustment to an insane world.
Readers are plentiful; thinkers are rare.
The world is my lobster.
What is written without effort is in general read without pleasure.
Fear God, yes, but don't be afraid of Him.
No law or ordinance is mightier than understanding.
Wit is the only wall between us and the dark.
Dubito ergo sum - I doubt therefore I am
Nothing for preserving the body like having no heart.
To change and to change for the better are two different things.
Man is born free and everywhere he is in chains.
Death: To stop sinning suddenly.
If a thing is worth doing, it is worth doing badly.
Better were it to be unborn than to be ill bred.
So much is a man worth as he esteems himself.
Not all those who know their minds know their hearts as well.
